A Children First Norwich/School Readiness Council Initiative

Our Mission: To improve the quality of life for all children in Norwich.

Our Result Statement: All children in Norwich, birth through age eight, will be safe healthy and ready to learn.

Our children are safe when they live in stable homes, and when parents and caregivers are supported.
Our children are healthy when they receive quality, affordable healthcare right from the start, when they have opportunities to be active and engaged in their environment and when they make good food choices.
Our children are ready to learn when they are in high quality early care programs, when parents and caregivers are given the knowledge and information they need to help their children learn, when our community supports all learners.

The Children First Norwich/School Readiness Council would like your help to achieve these goals. Working a bit at a time, keeping track of what we're doing, making changes when needed we can make good progress.
