Professional Development

Through collaboration with other agencies and early care providers on the Children First Norwich/School Readiness Council, staff members from community childcare centers are able to take advantage of a variety of opportunities.  Teachers, teacher assistants, directors and others are invited to participate in events and activities designed to enhance and extend their knowledge about child development, curriculum, diversity, literacy and children with special needs to name just a few of the topics recently offered.  The list of activities changes often.
